Yes, we do work on Chinese Bikes.

Hard to believe, right?! - We firmly believe that being on a budget shouldn’t mean you aren’t able to enjoy all that biking has to offer! There’s no brand-snobbery here!

However, there are several things that need to be considered before you employ our services with a Chinese Machine:

• Please read our Snapped Bolt Policy - it is particularly relevant to machines from the Far East

• Please familiarise yourself with our Labour Rates - the cost-effective nature of these bikes can mean that, while cheap parts may be available, labour can soon build up due to the unconventional nature of their make up.

• Parts availability:

  • Modern (2014 onwards) Chinese Machines by CFMoto, Mutt, Zontes and Lexmoto have good service support by importers and parts can be easily sourced.

  • Small production number bikes, or niche marques with little distribution such as AJS, Benelli, Voge and Kove are getting more popular and as such, parts availability is improving year on year.

  • Older machines made by Hyosung, Pulse, WK, Sinnis and Qianjiang along with “pit bikes” in general, can be tricky to find correct parts for.

  • None-runners bought as “Projects” are almost never worth it. Please don’t ask us to get your non-runner started!

  • 50cc “Twist-and-Go” bikes have been imported under various brands, at various quality levels since the late 90’s and part-sourcing can be a nightmare.

• Customer-supplied parts:

  • Given the nature of Parts availability, We will fit parts supplied by you. Please ensure they are correct for your machine before we arrive.

  • We will not offer any sort of warranty on parts you supply though, If the parts are incorrect, or they fail within 5 miles, that is on you and we will not offer any form on refund on our invoiced labour.
