Ever notice how some Main Dealers won’t disclose their hourly rate until you’re standing at their service desk, in need, with a broken bike?
Our pricing is open and transparent: we charge £60 an hour for work undertaken, billable in 15 minute increments - that’s it, simple…. we don’t hide behind the old “+ VAT” trick, and the clock ONLY starts after tools start appearing.
We always try to work within your budget, so if you tell us what you can afford, we’ll agree in advance what we can achieve in that time - and that’s what we’ll do.
Below we’ve detailed our coverage areas - split into zones so you know what our call-out charges will be in advance if you’re not lucky enough to live nearby.
Zone 1 - No Call out charge

There is no call out charge for our main area of operation. Any work carried out within a 5 Mile radius of our workshop is covered within our hourly rate - no hidden charges!
Zone 2 - Orange

For call-outs within Zone 2, we charge a call-out rate of £19.50 in addition to any agreed price or hourly rates.
If we able to come to you directly after a job in Zone 1- the call-out charge will be halved.

Zone 3 - Red

For call-outs within Zone 3, we charge a call-out rate of £35.95 in addition to any agreed price or hourly rates.

If you live outside of our standard coverage area and still need us, it’s easy to work out our call-out charge:
Use Google Maps to work out how far you are from the centre of Yeovil - We charge mileage at £1.50 per mile ONE WAY!
Then add driving time (Google Maps’ quickest result) at 50% of our standard labour rate of £60 ONE WAY!
Example: Call-out to Dorchester (DT1 2RY):
Distance to address: ONE WAY 22.7 Miles = 22.7 x £1.5 =£34.05
Add ONE WAY travel time at £30p/hr - 33 minutes = £16.5
1+2 = Total: £34.05 + £16.50
Call out charge to Dorchester: £50.55
Subject to existing bookings, we can travel almost anywhere in the South West although call-out charges over £100 will need to be paid in advance as insurance.
**Repeat visits will incur a call-out charge at 50% for each trip, such as where replacement parts are identified. If the issue is on our end, such as unexpected specialist tools are required to be purchased, there are no additional fees.
